08/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 8 June, the Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed in its entirety the Council of the EU’s appeal to set aside the judgment of the General Court of the European Union (T-252/19), which had annulled the EU Council’s decision to refuse publication of the opinion of its Legal Service on the ‘conditionality/Rule of law’ regulation (case C-408/21).
