EU countries doubt relevance of a self-assessment of health for driving licences

On Thursday 1 June in Luxembourg, the European Transport Ministers debated the directive on driving licences. While there was consensus on the digitalisation of driving licences, the European Commission’s proposal on self-assessment of health gave rise to many questions and reservations.
