‘Data Act’, Global Data Alliance concerned about unclear rules on access to non-personal data

03/05/2023 (Agence Europe) – The Global Data Alliance (GDA), led by the multi-sectoral Business Software Alliance, highlighted its concerns about certain aspects of the forthcoming ‘Data Act’ to the EU co-legislators (Council of the EU and European Parliament) on Tuesday 2 May (see EUROPE B13150A7).
