European Commission clears acquisition of waste management company River Ridge by investment firms Equitix and Cube

03/05/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission announced on Wednesday 3 May that it has authorised the acquisition of joint control, by way of purchase of shares, of the whole of the waste management company River Ridge Holdings Limited (UK) by Equitix Holdings Limited (UK) and Cube Infrastructure Managers (Luxembourg), two energy-related investment and asset and infrastructure management companies. The merger was found to comply with the Merger Control Regulation (EC/139/2004)....
