On Saturday 29 April in Stockholm, European finance ministers discussed the challenge of rebuilding Ukraine, which the World Bank, at this stage, estimates will cost more than $400 billion, including $14 billion for the immediate needs of restoring the critical infrastructure destroyed by the Russian military aggression.
