The EU Member States’ Ministers for Development will meet on Thursday 4 May in Brussels to discuss the global impact of the war in Ukraine and the reform of the multilateral development banks.

These are the two themes for this session of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in its development format, convened by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. No press conference is planned.
