Citizens propose 21 recommendations to extend learning mobility for all

A panel of 150 citizens from the 27 EU Member States, brought together by the European Commission in Brussels from 28 to 30 April for the third and final round of deliberations on how to expand learning opportunities abroad for all, agreed on 21 concrete recommendations to make mobility between countries easier for learners, educators and staff.
