The spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe ended on Friday 28 April, just over 2 weeks before the 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government in Reykjavik on 16-17 May. Meeting on 27 April, the Dutchman Tiny Kox (GUE), President of the Assembly, explained to Agence Europe what he expects from this crucial event for the future of the organisation.
