Preparation of 11th EU sanctions package should start before end of April, according to EU diplomat

04/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 4 April, a European diplomat announced that preparations for the adoption of an 11th package of sanctions against Russia for its military aggression against Ukraine should begin before the end of the month, after Catholic and Orthodox Easter, adding that there were already “intense bilateral consultations”.
