Member States reportedly failed, during an EU Council Working Party on Social Questions on 29 March, to support Sweden’s latest proposals on reforming Regulation 883/2004 on the rules for coordinating social security schemes after a blocking minority of 13 Member States formed, an EU source reported on Tuesday 4 April (see EUROPE B13146A17).
