European Tax Adviser Federation recommends finalising ‘BEFIT’ after implementation of Pillar I of OECD agreement

25/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Tax Adviser Federation (ETAF) published on Tuesday 24 January its response to the European Commission’s public consultation on the BEFIT initiative on company taxation in the EU (see EUROPE B12721A3). The ETAF supported a mandatory system for groups with a consolidated global revenue of more than €750 million.
