€148 million from Just Transition Fund for Bouches-du-Rhône

21/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 21 November, the European Commission gave the green light to the Bouches-du-Rhône Territorial Just Transition Plan (TJTP). This French region, responsible for more than 17% of the country’s CO2 emissions, will benefit from €148 million from the Just Transition Fund (JTF). Investments will support research and industrial innovation in renewable energy and recycling. They will also aim to encourage a new circular economy and a greener energy mix....
