10/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission launched a project on Monday 10 October to help seven Member States (France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Romania) implement policies to tackle gender discrimination in their national and regional administrations. This project, which will be funded in 2024 by the European Technical Support Instrument for reforms (see EUROPE 12740/30) and will last until the end of 2024, will help these administrations improve their capacity to make decisions and invest public money in a way that benefits men and women equally through measures such as paid parental leave, equal pay and gender-related pension reforms.
