French Presidency of EU Council hopes for progress on 10 June on several pieces of legislation aimed at managing migration flows into EU

On Friday, 10 June in Luxembourg, the EU Ministers of the Interior will take stock of the state of work on the ‘Pact on Migration and Asylum’ and will also try to make progress on the solidarity mechanism for people rescued at sea as well as on the ‘screening’ of migrants and Eurodac regulations.

On these last three issues, the French Presidency of the EU Council will have to measure the commitment of the Member States, particularly with regard to their willingness to relocate these...
