Sweden’s position on Minimum Wage Directive

08/06/2022 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what we mistakenly reported in our article on minimum wages (see EUROPE B12966A12), Sweden had not rejected the EU Council’s general approach in December (see EUROPE B12847A1), but had chosen to support it after opposing it for a long time. Denmark, on the other hand, had effectively rejected the general approach. (SP)
