03/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what was written in our article of Wednesday 3 March (see EUROPE 12902/19), the European Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) has simply delivered an opinion on the proposed ‘Corporate Sustainability Reporting’ Directive. The Committee responsible for the fund is the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI), where Pascal Durand’s draft report will be voted on 14-15 March. Furthermore, it was indeed the JURI Committee that Commissioner McGuinness addressed on Thursday 17 February (see EUROPE 12888/6). (AD)
