12/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – Migratory locusts (Locusta migratoria) will soon be on the plates of consumers in the EU. The European Commission approved on Friday 12 November the marketing authorisation of these insects as a novel food under the EU Novel Food Regulation 2015/2283.
