30/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission launched a public consultation on Friday 30 July on a future implementing regulation specifying the technical elements for the periodic collection of data needed to monitor income and living conditions in the European Union (EU-SILC). More specifically, this document aims to establish the technical specifications for the periodic collection of data for the following categories: (1) workplace conditions (data collected every 3 years); (2) housing difficulties (every 6 years); (3) use of services, including care and independent living services (every 6 years).
