REACT-EU, European Commission approves new funds for four Member States

22/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 22 July, the European Commission announced the approval of several operational programmes (OP) worth €336 million for Croatia, France, Germany and Greece. Croatia will benefit from an additional €10 million. France will receive an additional €60.3 million, notably for the overseas regions. Germany should receive €115 million for the region of Saxony and €56.5 million for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Finally, Greece should be allocated €100 million. On Monday 19 July, the European Commission approved more than €580 million in funding for Belgium (€3 million), Croatia (€530 million) and Germany (€48.5 million). (PH)
