First draft compromise of Portuguese Presidency of EU Council on revision of TEN-E Regulation

On Tuesday 27 April, the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union sent the Member States the first draft of a comprehensive draft compromise on the proposed revision of the EU Regulation (347/2013) on the Trans-European Energy Network (TEN-E).

Unlike previous Presidency proposals, which only concerned certain points of the proposal (see EUROPE B12676A22, B12678A16, B12686A24, B12694A15), this document, obtained by EUROPE, concerns the whole text.
