European Commission revises guidelines on Recovery and Resilience Facility

On Monday 25 January, the European Commission unveiled revised guidelines on the objectives and modalities of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the budgetary instrument at the heart of the Next Generation EU recovery plan.
