EUR 182.9 million for promotion of European agri-food products

A total of EUR 182.9 million has been allocated to promote EU agri-food products inside and outside the Union in 2021, the European Commission announced on Thursday 17 December.

EU policy for the promotion of agri-food products aims to increase the competitiveness of the sector by taking advantage of the expansion of global agri-food markets and by promoting the high standards used in EU agriculture, including quality and sustainability.
