Charles Michel isolates himself after having been in contact with Emmanuel Macron, who tested positive for Covid-19

17/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, announced, on Thursday 17 December, that he was going into isolation after being informed that the French President, Emmanuel Macron, had tested positive for Covid-19. Mr Michel, who met with Mr Macron on Monday, 14 December at the Élysée Palace, is not considered a contact case and tested negative on Tuesday.
