EU Council formally adopts decision making 2021 European Year of Rail

17/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – Following approval by the European Parliament at the beginning of the week, the Council of the EU formally adopted on Thursday, 17 December, the interinstitutional agreement (see EUROPE B12601A11) on the 2021 European Year, which will be dedicated to rail (see EUROPE B12439A7). The decision will enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
