16/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – The next interinstitutional meeting (trilogue) on the single market programme is scheduled for Wednesday 25 November. This trilogue should be the last one. There are reportedly still differences between the co-legislators on the inclusion of national reference laboratories for plant health to obtain grants without a call for proposals (see EUROPE 12593/18). The question of the budget should now be decided, as there is an agreement between the European Parliament and the EU Council (see EUROPE 12599/2). (PH)
