Resumption of interinstitutional negotiations on rail passenger rights next week

A new trilogue on the revision of the Regulation on rail passengers’ rights and obligations (1371/2007) will be held next week, an institutional source told EUROPE. Determined to reach provisional agreement on this dossier (see EUROPE B12408A21), the Croatian Presidency, whose term of office will end on 30 June, had indicated to the co-legislators a few weeks ago its willingness to bring them together again (see EUROPE B12496A32).
