A new trilogue on the revision of the Regulation on rail passengers’ rights and obligations (1371/2007) will be held next week, an institutional source told EUROPE. Determined to reach provisional agreement on this dossier (see EUROPE 12408/21), the Croatian Presidency, whose term of office will end on 30 June, had indicated to the co-legislators a few weeks ago its willingness to bring them together again (see EUROPE 12496/32). Discussions on this revision should have continued on 18 March, following the presentation of a compromise proposal on reserved bicycle spaces (see EUROPE 12434/8).
