European Parliament adopts its position at first reading on making obtaining of IPA III funds conditional on compliance with Rule of law

MEPs, meeting in plenary session in Strasbourg on Wednesday 27 March, voted to introduce stricter provisions for the distribution of funds from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III) for the 2021-2027 period, making their obtention subject, in particular, to compliance with Rule of law.
