No new round of dialogue without lifting of Kosovar tariffs, warns Ms Mogherini

18/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, warned on Monday 18 February that she would not convene a new session of the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo until conditions were right.
