18/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 18 February, BusinessEurope called on the Competitiveness Council, which is meeting on Tuesday 19 February, to work twice as hard on Horizon Europe so that an agreement between the European institutions on the architecture of the Research Framework Programme (see EUROPE 12183) can be reached before the European elections in May.
