Member State representatives sitting on the EU REACH Regulatory Committee approved, on Friday 15 February, the Commission's proposals aimed at reducing the exposure of workers and the environment to two chemical substances of very high concern, which therefore fall under the REACH Regulation authorisation procedure (1907/2006).
The substances in question are chromium trioxide and sodium dichromate.
