European Parliament/Council agreement in sight on re-use of public sector information

Negotiations between EU institutions on the re-use of public sector information are about to be concluded.

The co-legislators are expected to reach an agreement on Tuesday 22 January on this legislative text which aims to facilitate the creation of EU-wide information products and services based on public sector documents(see EUROPE 12009).
