Green light from Member States on Inter-institutional Agreement on port reception facilities for delivery of waste from ships

10/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 10 December, MEPs of the Transport Committee approved the inter-institutional agreement of 12 December last between representatives of the European Parliament and the former Austrian Presidency of the Council of the EU on port reception facilities for the delivery of waste from ships (see EUROPE 12159). The Parliament plenary session must also formally approve this agreement, as must the EU Council. Member States' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper)...
