Vivian Linssen, independent candidate for Presidency of European Commission

10/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – Belgian Professor Vivian Linssen, Executive Director of the International Multidisciplinary Neuroscience Research Center, announced his candidacy for the presidency of the next European Commission on Thursday 10 January. His plan: to set up "a New Global Governance Infrastructure for World Society Well Being and Quality of Life".
