PAN Europe denounces new evidence of manipulation of scientific results by pesticide industry

16/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The Pesticide Action Network - Europe (PAN Europe) reacted on Friday 16 November to the publication in the Journal of Environmental Health of a scientific publication showing that a study funded by the pesticide industry had reached a biased conclusion on the neurotoxicity of chlorpyriphos. "This new evidence of scientific manipulation sends us back to the glyphosate scandal", said PAN Europe. Chlorpyriphos-methyl is an active substance of a biocontrol product against pests or plant protection products, which has an insecticidal effect. See the publication: http://bit.ly/2Bb0ptb.  (LC)
