Political agreement in sight in Council on re-use of public sector information

Work on new rules for the reuse of public sector information is progressing well. The national ambassadors to the EU are expected to agree on a general orientation of the Council on 7 November, while the Parliamentary Committee on Industry (responsible for the substance) is preparing its vote scheduled for 3 December.
