Conditional green light for acquisition of several parts of Fox by Disney

The European Commission approved on Tuesday 6 November the acquisition of several Fox assets by Disney, subject to compliance with a number of commitments proposed by Disney. 

The two American groups operate in the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA), providing audiovisual content and television channels for broadcasters and distributors.
