Post-Cotonou negotiations - ACP countries and EU to compare respective mandates on 18 October

The 79 countries of the ACP states (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) had a second day of consultations in Brussels on Tuesday 16 October before the first negotiation meeting with the Europeans, on Thursday 18 October, on the renewed and updated partnership that will succeed the Cotonou Agreement when it expires in February 2020.
