Advocate General suggests upholding General Court judgment overturning decision to block acquisition of TNT Express by UPS

In conclusions returned on Wednesday 25 July in case C-265/17, Advocate General Juliane Kokott at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) recommends upholding the judgment of the General Court of the European Union overturning the Commission's decision to block the acquisition of TNT Express by UPS, on the grounds of procedural error.
