Advocate General considers that granting supplementary pay to someone working on a holiday due to their religious domination is 'unjustified discrimination'

In his Opinion on the Cresco Investigation case (C-193/17) published on Wednesday 25 July, the Advocate General of the European Court of Justice, Michal Bobek, considers that “paying a salary supplement to a person working on a day acknowledged as a holiday because of his religion under national law” is “unjustified” discrimination.
