Member States ready to negotiate with the Parliament on EU's reinforced system, 'RescEU'

The Council and the Parliament, assisted by the European Commission, will be able to start inter-institutional negotiations on the proposal to reinforce the EU civil protection mechanism to improve the effectiveness of the collective response to natural or man-made disasters.
