Court confirms that Jehovah's Witnesses must respect personal data protection rules

In a ruling on Tuesday 10 July in Case C-25/17, the European Court of Justice held that in the context of door-to-door preaching, the community of Jehovah’s Witnesses must respect the rules of EU law on the protection of personal data.
