European Parliament's ENF Group supports Austrian Presidency of EU Council on stopping EU accession negotiations

03/07/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 3 July, Dutch MEP Marcel de Graaff and French MEP Gilles Lebreton gave the support of the ENF Group to the Austrian Presidency of the EU Council concerning Turkey.  The Austrian government would like a stop to Turkey's EU accession negotiations (see EUROPE 12047).  "We support the Austrian Presidency and the position of the Austrian government on stopping the accession negotiations with Turkey, which must never become a member of the EU",...
