Commission proposals for the next budgetary cycle lack strategic vision according to European Policies Research Centre

Commission proposals in the area of Cohesion Policy suffer from a lack of a strategic vision, which could potentially reduce its impact and visibility, according to a study published by the European Policies Research Centre on Friday 29 June.
