The next session of technical level talks on the trade section of an association agreement between the EU and Mercosur bloc (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay), which will start in Brussels on 9 July, could be decisive for the conclusion of an agreement in principle this summer, before the general elections in Brazil in October.
