MEPs disapprove of the Commission’s proposal for the funding of the second tranche of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey (FRT) (see EUROPE 12037), according to a draft report giving details of the position Parliament will defend in July in the inter-institutional negotiations on the EU's budget for 2019.
