Not all stocks will be managed according to MSY by 2020, fisheries scientific committee says

In a report publish on Wednesday 25 April, the Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee for Fisheries (STECF) is critical of the slow progress that has been made recently towards managing fish stocks according to the principle of maximum sustainable yield (MSY) by 2020 at the latest.

STECF provides the European Commission with scientific, technical and economic recommendations on the management of marine resources.
