Hübner calls for clear criteria in event of compulsory relocation of third-country CCPs to EU

With discussions at the Council reportedly still an uphill struggle, over at the European Parliament, rapporteur Danuta Hübner (EPP, Poland) on Wednesday 21 February presented a draft report to the committee on economic and monetary affairs on the legislative proposal to reinforce the supervision of EU and third-country central counterparties (CCP).
