Test of proportionality - Parliament and Council remain divided over health professions

On Tuesday 20 February during the second interinstitutional (trialogue) meeting on the directive relating to proportionality testing prior to adoption of new rules on professional services, the European Parliament and Council are said to have encountered difficulties regarding the specific status for protecting the health sector.
