European shipowners criticise new Indonesian decree restricting trade of several products

On Tuesday 20 February, the European Community Shipowners' Association (ECSA) criticised a new ministerial decree adopted by Indonesia at the end of 2017 requiring imports of rice and goods intended for public procurement, as well as exports of coal and crude palm oil, to be transported by national maritime transport companies only.
