Belgium, France and Germany referred to Court for failure to notify transposition of professional qualifications directive

On Thursday 7 December, the European Commission decided to go to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) over shortcomings identified in Belgium, France and Germany with regard to their failure to provide notification of the complete transposition into their respective national legislation of directive 2013/55/EU on the recognition of professional qualifications.
